General Information
The number of participants will be limited to 300-400 on the basis of "first come first served".
Accommodation will be arranged in central hotels in Vaasa within walking distance from the Gloria Auditorium.
The cost is approximately 350 - 450 FIM for a single room and 650 FIM for a double room.
Vaasa is located on the Gulf of Botnia in Western Finland.
You can access it by air (1-hour flight) from Helsinki and Stockholm and by train from Helsinki.
As the symposium will held in the middle of holiday time, we advise you to make reservations early.
The registration fee is 800 FIM (approximately 125$) before June 15th and 1000 FIM after that.
The registration fee covers lunch and dinner.
